It's time for this baby white-crowned sparrow to fly on his own. Don't
worry though, he has all the help he needs for a safe journey! (Did you spot
the wing's he is perched upon?)
I always enjoy visiting with this
little guy. He spends a lot of time outside my studio window. He has been practicing flying from the birdbath to
my garden and occasionally he hops over to the deck and does a little dance
for our cat - who is safely behind glass.
