piece was selected for publication in a limited edition hardbound, full
color book titled Richeson 75: Pastels 2009 published in 2009.
This pastel painting of Camano Island is
the morning view I get from my studio on the East side of Whidbey Island. It
is my daily blessing from God to wake to this view every morning and yet
another blessing to exercise the gift He has given me.
Art does not just show up in
dreams, it is the result of heartfelt work and earnest prayers.
